Shopping problems. Problems with me shopping for things I don't need because certain boys have them. How sad is that? Did I really need a Roots Village Bag? No, I have a closet full of purses and bags that are awesome. But pictures of Nick and his goddamn murse convinced me that I needed to shell out $128 + shipping for another bag.

And now I'm about to drive to Round Rock so I can buy a bowl from Ikea. Why? Because there's one in the fricking fire house on Jonas.

Behold... the Ikea Stockholm bowl. At least it's only $30. I sooooo do not need more knick-knacks and I am soooooo going to buy this bowl anyway. And every time I look at it I will imagine sleepy Joe and sleepy Nick (who looks like he's drooling on his arm). And I will smile.

I've only been a JB fan for a couple of months now (thanks to Joe's biceps in a photo of him running), so I'm still working my way through their music catalog. Before I bought the albums I watched a bunch of concert footage on YouTube (because, hey, Joe has nice biceps). Love, love, LOVE them live, even if Joe occasionally hits a sour note (which I immediately forgive, because, hey, Joe wears really tight tank tops). Nick is pure magic live. I can't believe he's only (barely) 17. (I just wrote a bunch of fangirl crap about Nick and deleted it because I was getting way off-topic, and DAMMIT, this paragraph is supposed to be about THE MUSIC (and Joe's biceps, in parentheses)). And, never mind, I completely lost my train of thought while I was linking photos of Joe & his biceps to this post. Pretty much what it boiled down to was, I bought the albums, but the music is just a tad bit too polished for me to really, really enjoy. The live stuff has spoiled me. Luckily, there's a lot of live bootlegged stuff out there (not to mention the live album and the Walmart soundcheck thingy and, FUCK ME, Joe sounds good on Turn Right). Which brings me to...

Nick J & his non-blood-related peeps. I'm excited to hear what he'll sound like without Kevin & Joe's influence. I keep hearing Bounce in the back of my mind. How long has he been planning this solo gig? Much longer than I've been a fan, apparently. It looks like the domain was registered on June 2nd, 2009. I wonder how many other domains they registered while trying to decide on a name for the project? (Because I'm nosy about inconsequential things like that.)

Sorry for the rambly post. I didn't sleep well last night, my afternoon coffee buzz has worn off, and I can't get that goddamn Lady Gaga song out of my head. Yep, Crayola makes a Camp Rock activity kit. I *almost* bought it. Then I pictured myself sitting in my apartment on a Thursday night, drinking beer and colouring in Joe & Demi with pastel markers. Ye gods, I either need to get over this Jonas fascination or else come out of the Jonas closet to my best friends.

So now I'm going to crack open a beer and read some Joick pr0n.
